I always wondered why my campus has almost nothing compared to my friend's campus. They have Starbucks, McDonalds, and even chinese food. But, last year, our university promised the students that a Starbucks will be built.
But I see no Starbucks. Finally this week, they have started construction of the Starbucks...
... outside the library.
